After well over five years, Yuki Tabata and Studio Pierrot’s Black Clover is finally making its return with Season 2 and the much-awaited Spade King Raid. Season 2 of Black Clover is expected to release this October, and as the big premiere draws closer, the excitement surrounding the series’ big return only continues to mount.
In particular, with Studio Pierrot giving the anime a much-needed modern makeover, everyone’s vying to get a glimpse of Season 2, and the series is giving fans just that with an exclusive screening at Anime Expo 2026. That said, ahead of this special premiere, Black Clover has also shared a new look at the series for all to see.
Black Clover Shares New Season 2 Poster Ahead of Anime Expo Screening
Black Clover’s official PR handle on X recently shared a new key visual for Season 2 featuring Asta in Devil Union mode, along with Noelle in her Saint Valkyrie Dress and Yuno using Spirit Dive. The first episode of Season 2 of Black Clover is set to be unveiled at Anime Expo 2026 on July 4 as part of an hour-long panel with Gakuto Kajiwara, the Japanese Voice of Asta, and Ayataka Tanemura, the director of the series.
But of course, only those in attendance at Anime Expo will be able to catch the screening, making this new sneak peek a much-appreciated surprise for those unable to attend. That said, with only two months to go until the big premiere, Season 2 of Black Clover is sure to share additional updates and teasers in the near future, including an exact release date, which the series has yet to lock down.
