The overwhelming popularity of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba continues, and one of the most memorable battles from the series has now been brought to life in stunning detail. Fans will recall the epic fight between the Insect Hashira, Shinobu Kocho, and Doma, Upper Rank Two of the Twelve Kizuki. Now, this unforgettable clash from Demon Slayer has been brought to life by Good Smile Company, with preorders now open for a limited time.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba instantly became a hot topic internationally following the anime adaptation’s release, but its full-length theatrical films proved just how influential the series was in furthering anime’s popularity worldwide. Released in 2020, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train brought in $512 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing film of the year, as well as the highest-grossing anime and Japanese movie of all time. Shockingly, this record wouldn’t last long, as 2025’s Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle grossed over $700 million.
Doma and Shinobu’s Epic Battle From Demon Slayer’s Infinity Castle Arc Comes to Life With New Figure
Good Smile Company has revealed a breathtaking new non-scale figure showcasing Shinobu and Doma’s battle as seen in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Infinity Castle Arc – Chapter One: Akaza Returns, with preorders open until August 19. The figure, which stands approximately 180mm (7.09 inches) in height, retails for $126.99, and is expected to ship between July 1 and September 30, 2027. Fans will want to act fast to secure this magnificent release before it’s gone.
In terms of popularity, both Shinobu and Doma remain beloved, with the former effortlessly cementing herself as one of the most popular heroines of the series and the latter going down in history as one of Demon Slayer‘s most terrifying villains. In the most recent popularity poll, Shinobu ranked fifth, preceded only by Zenitsu, Giyu, Muichiro, and Tanjiro. Doma dropped from a higher position to 18th place, perhaps due to his dastardly deeds being shown in a more detailed way on the big screen.
Koyoharu Gotouge’s Demon Slayer manga came to an end in May 2020. Over 220 million copies have been sold worldwide, making it one of the best-selling manga series of all time, with sales comparable to other legendary hits like Naruto, Dragon Ball, and Case Closed. The somewhat elusive author was also included in Time Magazine’s annual list of the 100 Most Influential People in 2021, making them the first manga artist to receive the honor and proving just how far Japanese pop culture has come globally. Notably, their gender remains a mystery, as they have chosen to remain anonymous.

Rearrange the covers into the correct Japanese release order.
Many fans expected a fifth season of the Demon Slayer anime series, but it seems that this won’t be the case after all. Rather than bringing the rest of the story to the small screen, those who want to see how the series ends will need to visit their local movie theaters, as Infinity Castle Part 2 will likely be released in 2027. Another movie is believed to be on the way in 2029, though this remains unconfirmed.
