What batteries should I use for this lock?

For best performance, we recommend Duracell, Energizer, or Superpower AA alkaline batteries. Avoid cheap or rechargeable batteries to prevent power issues.

Why won’t my lock connect to WiFi?

99% of connection issues are because the lock only works with 2.4GHz. Try:

1.Go to your router settings and disable 5GHz temporarily.

2.Ensure your phone is connected to 2.4GHz during setup.

How to use the video function continuously?

To continue viewing the live video feed, the app will ask you to confirm every 20 seconds. Just tap ‘Yes’ to keep watching.

How to unlock the door with mobile app?

To save battery, the lock sleeps when idle. Here’s how to wake it（Tip: Ensure Bluetooth/Wi-Fi is on for app connectivity.）:

1.Press the doorbell button to activate.

2.Check your app to:
