Broad Coverage: Our gateway requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5GHz). Crucial: Your smartphone and the gateway must be on the same 2.4G Wi-Fi network during setup. While it supports locks up to 32 ft (10m) away, we strongly recommend placing the gateway within 10 ft (3m) of the lock for the strongest, most reliable connection. One POWIFY gateway can pair with multiple locks under one account.
