INSTALLATION GUIDANCE

Step 1

1. Place the black cylinder in the refrigerator to cool (when the refrigerator temperature is 0 ℃ ~ 8 ℃, cooling for about 10 minutes, when the refrigerator temperature is below 0 ℃, cooling for about 5 minutes).

2. Compress the black cylinder inward, which makes it easier to mount it on the window opener bracket.

Step 2

3. Adjust the A hole and B hole in a straight line.

4. Let the black cylinder pass through both A and B holes.

Step 3

5. Let the short buckle inserted into the C hole or D hole (when the open window distance is greater than 42cmin/16.53in, choose C hole, when the open window distance is less than 42cmin/16.53in, choose D hole).

6. When the short buckle is inserted into the C hole (or D hole), let the short buckle pass through the small hole of the black cylinder metal bar at the same time, press down hard and fasten firmly.

Step 4

7. Pull both sides of the window opener bracket outward with force (preferably with the assistance of 2 people), so that the G thread and H hole are close together.

8. Turn the G thread and let the G thread fix on the H hole (note that you should not use excessive force to avoid breaking the metal bar of the black cylinder, if it is difficult to operate, please put the black cylinder in the refrigerator again to cool).

Step 5

9. Put the long buckle through the E and F holes at the same time, and press hard to make the long buckle firmly fastened.

Step 6

10. Fix I and J on both sides of the window.

11. Note: If the window is made of wood, it can be fixed directly on top of the window; if the window is made of metal, please add rectangular pieces of metal at the fixing place.

If the window opener installed on the window does not work

The installation method may be wrong, please follow the video and instruction manual to reinstall.The black cylinder is stuck, you can use a drop of oil on the inside of the thread of the black cylinder, and then manually stretch the black cylinder several times.If the above methods are not applicable, please put the black cylinder into 35-45℃ water for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes if the black cylinder has extension, it means the black cylinder can operate normally (maybe you installed it wrong, install it again according to the video and instruction manual), if there is no extension, it means the black cylinder is damaged, we will replace the black cylinder for you.
