Why can’t my iphone mirror via WiFi or cable?

You can check first if your phone and projector connected the same WiFi, only connect the same WiFi the phone can mirror with projector, if you can’t mirror via the cable, you can check your cable, it must use the original iphone USB cable for iphone

Why does the projector is shut off during playing?

Ensure the power plug is working and firmly fitted into the outlet, overheating on the projector will activate the built-in power-off protection panel, restart the projector when it gets cooler.

How to Screen Mirror the iOS Device to the Projector?

1.Turn on the projector and select “IOS Cast”.Go to the “WiFi Setting” to make sure the projector connects to router’s WiFi.

2. Open “Screen Mirroring” on your device and click “YG661-XXX” to pair. (make sure your phone is connected to the same wifi)

Why does the projection screen show No Signal?

Make sure all cables are plugged correctly and firmly, make sure you select the right input Source. For exampe, if you connect with a phone, please follow the Connections section in the manual.

Can the projector cast to stream “YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu”?

Currently only YouTube streaming is supported.Due to copyright issues, the mirror display function doesn’t support protected videos (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu), but you can play these videos via HDMI connection, such as fire tv and Roku.
