The display does not show the correct device name after connection (e.g., iPhone is missing). What could be the reason?

This product is mainly recommended for iPhone 15 and later. When used with older iPhone models, the device name may not display correctly, but charging still works normally.

Why aren’t the battery level and model information shown on devices?

Due to product design limitations, only iPhone 15 and later, as well as iPad 10th generation and later, support battery level and model display. Other devices like Samsung, Pixel, and tablets don’t support this feature, but charging works normally.

Is it normal for the charger to get warm while charging?

Yes. High-power chargers generate more heat than low-power models. This charger uses intelligent temperature control and operates within international safety standards, so it is safe to use.

Why do some devices only show “iPhone** Series” or “iPad pro M* Series” instead of the full model name?

Update your device to the latest system version and try again. If the full model name still does not appear, this behavior is normal and does not affect charging performance.

Why is charging power lower than expected or slower than usual?

Charging power adjusts based on your device’s needs, with a maximum output of 45W (PD). Some devices use proprietary protocols that may limit charging speed. Power is also highest when the battery is low and gradually decreases as the battery fills.
