If the shredder runs continuously for more than 2 minutes, it may overheat. Please turn off the machine and allow it to cool for 45 minutes to return to normal.

Once paper is detected, it will start shredding automatically. If the shredding exceeds the maximum capacity, you can switch to manual mode to clear any paper jams.

Why did my shredder stop working?

This shredder has built-in overheating protection. If used continuously for around 2 minutes, it will automatically stop to cool down. Please wait a few minutes before using it again.

Why is my shredder jammed?

This model shreds up to 8 sheets at once. Feeding more than 8 sheets can cause paper jams.

How do I fix a paper jam?

Simply turn the switch to the “REV” (reverse) setting. The shredder will run in reverse to help clear the jam.
