Why cam feels warm? That’s normal for multi-channel dash cams. The device has built-in temperature protection. If it ever feels unusually hot, please power it off and message us — we’ll take care of you. Front cam 2.5K only? Yes! If you disable the rear/side cameras, the front cam automatically switches to full 2.5K resolution. How to toggle audio? Press the Up button once to mute, and press again to enable audio. App won’t add cam? • Completely close the Viidure app • Reopen the app and connect from inside the app (Connecting from the phone’s WiFi settings won’t work.) Share videos online? Yes! You can download and share videos to TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more directly through the Viidure app.
